Appointments & scheduling
A diary that refuses to double-book
All-in-one salon & spa software · Multi-branch · Built for India
Run appointments, GST billing, customers, memberships, WhatsApp follow-ups, staff and stock from one place — for a single salon or every branch you own.
One complete customer journey
One price, every feature
Priced per branch. Staff and customers are unlimited, and nothing is sold as an add-on.
GST computed per line
CGST, SGST and IGST, stored on the bill exactly as you issued it.
Rules, not guesswork
Follow-ups fire on rules you set, so you can always see why one sent.
The problem
The booking sits in one place, the bill in another, the customer’s history in a notebook and the stock count in a spreadsheet. Each is right on its own. No two of them agree by Friday.

How the work flows
One record carries the whole visit — booked, checked in, billed, followed up — so nothing is typed twice.

Features
Not a booking app with billing bolted on. Each part writes to the same customer, the same invoice and the same reports.
01
The diary, the counter and the front desk — the parts your team touches hourly.
A diary that refuses to double-book
Take bookings while you're closed
Bill in seconds, file without surprises
02
What turns a first visit into a regular, without anyone maintaining a list.
Know the customer before they sit down
Turn one-off visits into a monthly habit
Reach customers where they actually reply
The part that runs after they leave
03
Staff, stock, branches and the numbers that tell you which of them is working.
Structure, without more admin
Stop stockouts, and know why the count moved
Two branches or twenty, one company
Which branch, which service, which stylist
Give staff access, not the keys
Who it’s for
One product, not six. What changes is which parts you lean on — a bridal diary booked months ahead, a counter that never stops, treatment rooms to turn around, or a course somebody paid for up front. Each page below answers that for one kind of business.
Free, no account
Five calculators that run in your browser and show their working. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Setup
Nothing to install and nobody to schedule a demo with. These are the four steps the guided setup actually walks you through.
Sign up with your business name. Your workspace and your first branch are created for you — there is nothing to install.
A four-step guided setup walks you through it. Services can be edited as you go, or imported in bulk from a spreadsheet later.
Scan a QR or use a phone code to link your number. Branches can share the company's connection or use their own.
Share your branch's booking link and QR, take appointments, and bill with GST from day one. Reports fill in as you work.
Your first GST invoice — tax per line, stored on the bill.
Pricing
One plan, the entire product. What changes is how many branches you run and whether you pay monthly or yearly.
Monthly

Yearly
₹8,000/year
1 branch · save ₹1,600

Straight answers, including the ones where the answer is no.
An all-in-one salon and spa platform built for businesses in India. Appointments, GST billing, customer records, memberships and loyalty, WhatsApp messages, staff and commission, stock and reports all live in one account. It works the same way for a single salon as it does for a chain of branches under one company.
One salon is the normal case here, not the exception. The standard plan is a single branch with unlimited staff and customers, and everything built for chains stays out of sight until you open a second location. When that day comes, you add the branch and keep the history you already have.
Most salons are billing the same day. Signing up creates your workspace and your first branch, then a four-step setup asks for your salon's address and opening hours, your services and your WhatsApp number. Type in ten services to get going and import the rest whenever you like. Nothing to install, no engineer visit, no hardware to buy.
Either works. Salvoro opens in an ordinary browser on a laptop, a reception tablet or a phone, and the screens are built to be used on a small one. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. Nothing to download from an app store, nothing to keep updated.
Yes, through a guided import. Customers, services and products each upload from a CSV file, an Excel sheet or a Google Sheet, and a template is provided so your columns line up. Every row is checked before anything saves, repeats are handled instead of doubling up, and a report tells you what happened to each one.
No, and that is a deliberate choice. Your bills, appointments and customer records sit on the server rather than on the device, so nothing about your customers is left behind on a shared reception tablet after someone logs out. When the connection drops the app says so. A phone hotspot is enough to keep billing.
Yes. You link your number once by scanning a QR or entering a phone code, the way WhatsApp Web links a device, and messages go out from it: appointment reminders, digital invoices, birthday wishes, feedback requests, follow-ups and win-backs. Every template is editable. A message is reported as sent, and Salvoro does not claim delivery or read receipts it cannot prove.
₹800 a month for one branch, or ₹8,000 for a year, which is ₹1,600 less than twelve monthly payments. Extra branches are ₹500 a month each. Every feature is included at every price, staff and customers are unlimited, and the 30-day free trial does not ask for a card.
Nothing is charged, because no card was taken to begin with. If you have not paid for a plan by the last day, the account is paused: nobody can sign in and the booking page goes offline, but nothing is deleted. Plans do not renew on their own either; each period is paid for separately.
No. There is no model and no guesswork in it anywhere. Customer segments, follow-up timing and win-back messages are plain rules applied to your own data: visit counts, spend, last visit date, service history and the thresholds you set yourself. So you can always see why a message went out, and change it.
Yes. Each business is its own tenant, and the filter that keeps it that way is applied centrally to every query rather than written into each screen, so a forgotten filter cannot reach another salon's records. Inside your company, branch scoping decides what each manager sees, and changes to bills, staff and customer records are written to an audit log.
Your customer list downloads as a spreadsheet, and the reports — sales, services, products, outstanding, memberships — each export as CSV. There is no one-click dump of the whole invoice ledger, so individual bills are printed or saved as PDF instead. Nothing renews on its own, and a lapsed account is paused, not deleted.
