01Agreement

These terms govern your use of Salvoro, operated by JIN Solutions. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

02Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.
  • You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential, and for what is done under your account.
  • You control who you invite and what permissions you grant them.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.

03Trial and subscription

  • Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. Starting one does not require payment details.
  • After the trial you must select a paid plan to continue using the service. Your data is not deleted because a trial ended.
  • Plans are billed in advance for the period chosen — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly.
  • Quoted prices exclude GST, which is charged in addition where applicable.
  • Plan limits — branches, staff, customers, message volume and storage — are enforced by the software.
  • We may change prices, and will give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal.

04Your data belongs to you

The records you create in Salvoro — customers, appointments, invoices, staff and stock — remain yours. We claim no ownership of them and do not sell them. You can export your customer and catalog data at any time while your account is active.

You are the controller of your customers’ personal data; we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for messaging customers appropriately.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Salvoro to send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages the recipient has asked you to stop sending.
  • Upload unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to access another business’s data, or probe, scan or test the security of the service.
  • Resell or provide the service to a third party without our agreement.

Messaging in particular is your responsibility. You must have a legitimate relationship with the people you message, and comply with the rules of the messaging channel you use.

06Availability

We work to keep Salvoro available and running correctly, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment, and we do not currently publish a service level agreement. Planned maintenance, faults, and failures at providers we depend on can all interrupt the service.

Message delivery in particular depends on third-party systems. We can confirm that a message was sent; we cannot guarantee it was delivered or read.

07Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using Salvoro at any time.
  • We may suspend an account for non-payment, or for a breach of these terms.
  • Where a breach is capable of being fixed, we will normally ask you to fix it first.

08Liability

Salvoro is provided as it is. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Salvoro is business software, not professional advice. It produces GST-compliant invoices and a filing summary; it is not accounting software and does not file returns. Verify your tax treatment with your accountant.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
