Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Signing up creates your workspace and starts a 30-day trial without any payment details. You add a payment method only if you decide to continue after it ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. Pay for a plan before the last day and you carry straight on; if you do not, the account is paused, so nobody can sign in and the booking page goes offline until a plan is paid for.
Are features locked to higher plans?
No. There is one plan and it includes the whole product. The price changes only with the number of branches you run: ₹800 a month or ₹8,000 a year covers one branch, and each additional branch is ₹500 a month. Staff, customers and storage are not capped, and no message is charged for.
Can I add a branch later?
Yes. Add a branch from inside your workspace whenever you open one. It costs ₹500 to add today and ₹500 a month from your next billing period, and nothing else about your subscription changes — same features, same records, same logins.
Is the yearly plan cheaper than paying monthly?
Yes, by ₹1,600 a year. Twelve monthly payments of ₹800 come to ₹9,600, against ₹8,000 paid once — the same software either way. Paying up front is the only discount there is.
Is GST included in these prices?
No, prices are exclusive of GST. There are no per-seat charges and no commission on bookings.
Is there a limit on WhatsApp messages?
Not on the ones customers are waiting for. Reminders, invoices, follow-ups and feedback requests are never capped or charged. Messages the salon starts on its own — birthday and anniversary wishes, win-back and coupon shares — share a daily allowance of 100 per business, so a campaign cannot get your number flagged as spam.
